Many of our clients have found the benefit from yearly gutter clearance which stops the build-up of leaves and debris that can lead to leaks and structural damage. Whilst cleaning we carry out visual inspection and notify you of any necessary repairs.
Milton use high level powered access platforms and staff are IPAF and roof access trained so we can carry out work quickly and safely.
Soft Landscaping & Bedding Plants
We have the knowledge and experience to work with your architect to bring plans to life. We can also offer replacement of existing planting schemes to re-new and refresh areas.
We have access to quality plants and shrubs from commercial growers throughout the UK, offering a single shrub to a full site development. We also work with mature shrubs and trees suppliers to give instant impact or instant hedges for privacy or security.
Winter and summer bedding can be seen on many of our prestigious sites; providing colourful displays to reception areas and communal gardens.
External planters can be supplied and annual maintenance programs put in place. Christmas trees and external decorations can also be supplied within the planter maintenance contract.
Dilapidation Work
Dilapidation work can be very rewarding taking an unused site back to business ready. Milton can be brought on board when properties have stood empty due to sale or change of tenant. Excellent results can be quickly achieved ready for new owner/tenant.
