We are happy to help in other ways including reading meters, emptying bins and helping in maintenance jobs (putting up signs, moving furniture, emptying units).

We have also maintained junior & infant schools for many years - grounds maintenance, gutter clearance & sports line marking.

Milton can now offer gentle cleaning for delicate stone and rendered buildings where jet washing would damage the surface.

Mist steam cleaning has been designed to remove dirt and resistant substances from brickwork and masonry without damaging the surface.  Discharging at high pressure but low flow, to minimise the impact on the area being cleaned. A very effective pressure cleaner for delicate areas on sandstone, Artstone, Render and slate. Suitable for conservation cleaning.

We have the knowledge and experience to work with your architect to bring plans to life.  We can also offer replacement of existing planting schemes to re-new and refresh areas.

We have access to quality plants and shrubs from commercial growers throughout the UK, offering a single shrub to a full site development.  We also work with mature shrubs and trees suppliers to give instant impact or instant hedges for privacy or security.

Winter and summer bedding can be seen on many of our prestigious sites; providing colourful displays to reception areas and communal gardens.

External planters can be supplied and annual maintenance programs put in place.  Christmas trees and external decorations can also be supplied within the planter maintenance contract.
